Welcome to ThaiCast. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ThaiCast platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using ThaiCast, you agree to these Terms.
About ThaiCast
ThaiCast is a digital platform designed to connect performers, actors, models, and creative professionals (“Talent”) with casting directors, producers, and production companies (“Producers”) for film, television, advertising, theater, and other media projects.
ThaiCast provides tools for:
- Posting casting calls
- Creating talent profiles
- Managing applications
- Connecting talent with productions
ThaiCast does not act as an agent, employer, or casting authority. All agreements between talent and productions are made directly between those parties.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Users under 18 may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using ThaiCast you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate
- You have legal capacity to enter agreements
- You will comply with applicable laws
User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate profile information
- Maintain updated contact information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for activity on your account
ThaiCast may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Talent Profiles
Talent may create profiles containing:
- Name and age
- Photos and video
- Skills and experience
- Contact details
- Portfolio materials
By uploading content you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content
- You have permission to share all materials
- The content does not violate copyright or privacy rights
Casting Calls
Producers and casting directors may post casting opportunities including:
- Project descriptions
- Role details
- Requirements
- Compensation terms
- Production schedules
Producers are responsible for ensuring casting calls are:
- Legitimate
- Accurate
- Lawful
- Non-discriminatory (except where legally required for roles)
ThaiCast may remove casting calls that violate platform policies.
Applications
Talent may submit applications to casting calls through the platform.
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or selection.
All hiring decisions are made solely by the production company or casting director.
Verified Casting
ThaiCast may offer a Verified Production badge for productions that provide identity verification and production credentials.
Verification indicates identity confirmation only and does not guarantee the legitimacy, quality, or safety of a project.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Payments
ThaiCast may introduce paid features including:
- Premium profiles
- Featured casting calls
- Subscription services
- Platform service fees
All fees will be clearly disclosed before payment.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
ThaiCast does not guarantee payment between talent and productions.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post fraudulent casting calls
- Misrepresent identity or credentials
- Harass or exploit other users
- Upload illegal or copyrighted material without permission
- Use the platform for unlawful activities
ThaiCast reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
Intellectual Property
The ThaiCast platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by ThaiCast and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce the platform
- Reverse engineer software
- Use ThaiCast branding without permission
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
Privacy
Use of ThaiCast is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use personal data.
Platform Role
ThaiCast acts solely as a technology platform.
ThaiCast is not responsible for:
- Hiring decisions
- Contracts between talent and productions
- Payment disputes
- Production conduct or working conditions
Users engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiCast shall not be liable for:
- Loss of income or opportunity
- Disputes between users
- Production cancellations
- Third-party conduct
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Termination
ThaiCast may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraud or harassment
- Misuse the platform
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Changes to Terms
ThaiCast may update these Terms periodically.
Users will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThaiCast is incorporated.
